It was a beautiful day for plein air painting last Wednesday on Sauvie Island. The clouds were constantly changing shape and kept the temperature not quite hot. I painted in the field of sunflowers, with corn, flowers and other crops. Afterwards I picked a couple of peaches to take home and they were delicious!
Sauvie Sunflowers is painted on a 12" x 12" board.
